High School Rotary Student of the Month for March 2023
Nathaniel Gensler Jr., son of Nathaniel Gensler Sr., is the March Rotary Student of the Month for Kermit High School.
Nate is a member of the National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He enjoys playing football, powerlifting, and track.
Nate has received the History Award his junior year and is currently ranked 8th in this 2022-2023 class. He has also received the All-State running back award for the 2022-2023 Football Season and the Academic All-State Award.
Nate’s hobbies are coaching his little brother in several different activities and hanging out with friends.
After graduation, Nate plans to play football at ENMU (Eastern New Mexico University). While at college, he plans to obtain a teaching degree so that he can teach and coach football at a high school.
